When you submit a proposal request through this website, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include: your area or building location, type of location (e.g. condo management, office, hospital, factory), estimated daily foot traffic, and your name and company/building name (optional). We do not collect this information through cookies or automated tracking. It is only collected when you actively fill in and submit the form.
How we use it
We use this information solely to understand your vending machine placement request, respond to you and discuss next steps, and prepare a proposal suited to your location. Submitting the form generates a pre-filled WhatsApp message that is sent to our team's WhatsApp number. This means your submitted information is transmitted via WhatsApp (operated by Meta), subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How we store it
Information you send us is kept only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if we proceed, to maintain our business relationship with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request that we stop using or delete your data, where applicable.
